Regional Brand Campaigns: Creative Direction, Define campaign objectives, develop concepts and messaging, and strategize across online and offline touchpoints, including social media, paid media, CRM, partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, onsite, app, events, and client communication. Making sure we connect business goals with creative strategy.
Social Media Strategy: Develop a tailored social media strategy, create content franchises, and collaborate with influencers and creators to deliver the best brand message. Develop a strong social media community. Plan annually with weekly sprints and budget alignment to key OKRs and KPIs.
Creative Partnerships with Global Brands: Partner on creating stories and developing assets, in partnership with our global brand partners, such as Prada, Miu Miu, D&G and Ferragamo and Global Magazines, such as VOGUE and ELLE Magazine.
Team Management and Planning: Generate weekly/monthly reports, set targets and success metrics, and develop a 360-degree social media strategy. Manage team meetings, internal processes, and cross-area alignment. Establish targets based on budget approvals.
Creators and Influencers: Work with creators and influencers to explore new social media formats. Conduct research, develop proposals, and build relationships.
Budget Planning and Execution: Plan and manage the budget in line with branding and social media plans. Handle budget submissions, POs, and adjustments.
Brandformance: Ensure branding content aligns with performance goals, amplifying messages and targeting specific audiences to boost conversions alongside awareness.
